Dear BART Co-workers,
 
I’m honored to be running for re-election for Chapter Secretary and I promise to continue representing our Chapter with integrity and transparency.
 
As a member of the 2024,2022,2020, 2017 Contract Extension Team and Contract Negotiator in 2013, I ensured that all members were fully represented and we got a fair and equitable contract.
 
As an Alameda Labor Council and COPE Delegate, I will continue fighting for resources in order to elect Labor friendly Directors to the BART Board.
 
I'm active in many Union committees and previously served as Chair of the VWP-Violence in the Workplace Committee.
 
I have a community organizing background.  I possess skills in office support, typing, and communications.  In addition, I've worked as a trainer and operations coordinator in the private sector.
 
Sisters and Brothers, I believe that the biggest challenge we face, in the upcoming years, will be to stand strong and to come together as one; we should put aside our differences in order to enforce the contract and to protect our rights as workers.
 
I am committed to strengthening and supporting our Chapter.
